Is Polvum a career coach?
Polvum is a career mentor that works through the site — no appointments, no hourly fee. A human coach walks with you for months; Polvum reads your situation from what you tell it, or from your CV, and hands back a picture of your career, real job openings and a finished résumé right away. Plenty of people use both.
Where do the jobs come from?
Polvum reads the career pages companies publish themselves and compares every opening to your profile. What fits shows up as ✓, what is missing as ✗, and the score always comes with the reason next to it. Openings a company takes down leave the index. Polvum does not apply for you — you apply, on the company's own site.
I want to change careers. Can Polvum help?
That is what it was built for. You say where you want to go and Polvum shows which parts of your experience already count there, what the market is asking for that you do not have yet, and which real openings are already within reach today. A career change is about knowing the distance — and here the distance is measured on real jobs, not guessed.
Can I use it as a career guide, not just a job search?
Yes. The Career Map shows everything Polvum understood about you — goals, experience, skills and preferences — and you correct anything that is wrong. The Career Health Score reads how your profile stands today, with the parts that make up the number in plain sight. It works as a career assistant you check in with, with no job hunt in progress.
Do I have to pay or create an account?
No. You start the interview with no sign-up at all and see the result before deciding whether to keep it. An account only lets Polvum remember you next time. Everything is free — no paid tier, no timed trial, no card anywhere.
Which languages does Polvum work in?
English, Portuguese and German — the interview, the explanations and the generated résumé, all three. Switch language whenever you want; what Polvum already knows about you stays.
What happens to my data?
It stays on servers in the European Union, and analytics stays off until you accept it. You can see everything Polvum knows, correct it, export it as JSON and delete your account from inside the product. Nothing about you goes to any employer.
