What Polvum stores
What you answer in the interview (your answers and what Polvum understood from them), the text extracted from any CV you upload, the jobs that matched your profile, and your email if you create an account. The CV PDF itself is not stored — only the text, and that is deleted 30 days after processing.
Why
To find jobs, build a CV and compute your Career Health Score. That is the service itself; without this data the product does nothing. Analytics is the only thing that depends on separate consent, and it stays off until you accept.
Who else sees it
Parts of your profile go to language model providers (DeepSeek, to interpret text; Google Gemini, for similarity search) only at the moment of processing. Authentication and infrastructure sit with Google Firebase and Railway. Analytics, if you accept, with Mixpanel. No company advertising a job receives anything about you — Polvum does not apply on your behalf.
For how long
As long as you use it. An anonymous profile with no activity for 90 days is deleted automatically. If you delete your account, everything goes with it immediately.
Your rights
See everything Polvum knows (the Career Map shows it all the time), correct any information, export everything as JSON and delete your account — all inside the product, without emailing anyone.
Where it lives
Data sits on servers in the European Union. Language model providers process outside the EU at call time; we send the minimum necessary and never your email or name alongside the content.
Terms of use
- Polvum is offered free of charge and with no availability guarantee.
- Jobs come from companies' own public career pages. Polvum does not broker applications, has no relationship with the employers and does not guarantee a posting is still open.
- The score and recommendations are a decision aid, not a professional assessment. The decision is always yours.
- You can stop using it and delete everything whenever you want.
